Mapper allows you to turn a scanned or photographed map, into a GPS powered map. This allows you to see your current position on just about any map, just like you can with the Maps application that came with your iPhone.
However, since Mapper allows you to use any map, you have more flexibility with Mapper than you would have with Maps. Instead of being tied to a single (limited) road set, you can choose what you want to be displayed. This can be a hiking map or a map of some music event.
Mapper uses advanced algorithms to calculate your position on a map. Even when your map is not perfectly straight, Mappper can still show your location with great accuracy.
In spite of Mapper's advanced features, it is incredibly easy to use. After following the tutorial, you will be able to create a GPS-powered map in minutes.
The future holds a lot of great new features for Mapper, a lot of which are already in development. We are doing our best to bring them to you
as fast as we can.
